Shivam is part of the Carbon Project Development team at IORA, where he supports the design and implementation of carbon market projects and nature-based climate solutions. His work includes research, project development, and technical assistance for initiatives aimed at delivering measurable emission reductions and promoting sustainable land-use practices.

He brings experience in climate resilience, environmental research, and field-based sustainability programs. Prior to joining IORA, he worked on crop residue management initiatives in Punjab and Haryana, contributing to research, on-ground implementation, and stakeholder engagement efforts focused on reducing air pollution and advancing sustainable agriculture.
