IORA Ecological Solutions (“IORA”), a leading climate and conservation-focused organization, is looking for a passionate and diligent “Assistant Manager” to assist and support all Human Resource operations and activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy: Devise and execute HR strategies that align seamlessly with the company’s
objectives. - Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and seamless onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for resolving employee-related matters,
fostering a positive work environment. - Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits packages to maintain
competitiveness. - HR Policies: Develop, refine, and uphold HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- HR Administration: Manage HR records, payroll, and other essential administrative tasks.
Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related fields with minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR management experience.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of employment laws and regulations.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit a proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively
- Experience of working in the environment or related sector is preferred.
