Field Coordinator

Narsharani works as a Field Coordinator at IORA, currently supporting projects in the Garo Hills region. She brings experience in biodiversity fieldwork, including her involvement in People’s Biodiversity Register (PBR) documentation with the Meghalaya Biodiversity Board.

In her role at IORA, she contributes to field coordination and communication, helping ensure the effective implementation of on-ground initiatives. Passionate about community engagement and sustainable development, she works closely with local communities to support inclusive and impactful programs.
