Jubanlak Lymphuin Tham works as a field co-ordinator for the Khasi-Jaintia Region at IORA. With 13 years of experience in financial inclusion, agriculture, and rural development, she is driven by a strong commitment to empower underserved communities. Prior to IORA, she worked with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), entrepreneurs, farmers, job card holders, and local communities across Meghalaya. Her areas of expertise include team management, financial management, financial literacy, field surveys, and monitoring and evaluation. Her extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, coupled with her deep cultural connection to the Khasi and Jaintia Hills region of Meghalaya, enriches her approach and insights.
