Dr Sumana Bhattacharya supports IORA’s key initiatives on climate change mitigation and adaptation. Dr Bhattacharya has over 25 years of experience in review, development, management and implementation of programmes and projects in the areas of Climate Change, GHG inventorisation, Ecosystem Assessment, and Low Carbon Development. She is a key member for engagements on climate change policy development, finance and governance issues at a national and state level.
