Refund Policy 

Iora Ecological Solutions Pvt Ltd is committed to maintaining transparency in all payments received for its services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered. 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases: 

• Duplicate payments made against the same invoice or service. 

• Payment deducted from the customer’s account for a failed transaction. 

• Cancellation of a service by IORA, where a refund is applicable. 

• Other cases where a refund has been mutually agreed upon in writing. 

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Payments for work already completed, services delivered, reports prepared, or expenses incurred for a project will generally not be refundable. Advance payments and project-related charges will be governed by the terms agreed upon with the client. 

3. Refund Requests

Customers may submit refund requests by emailing IORA at finance@ioraecological.com, along with the payment details, invoice or transaction reference, and reason for the request. 

Each request will be reviewed by IORA, and the customer will be informed of the decision. 

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will normally be initiated within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.

Cancellation Policy 

This policy applies to services offered by Iora Ecological Solutions Pvt Ltd, including environmental consultancy, ecological assessments, research, field surveys, training, and other professional assignments. 

1. Cancellation Requests

Clients wishing to cancel a service must submit a written request to IORA at finance@ioraecological.com, mentioning the relevant invoice, project, or booking details. 

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation requests will be assessed based on the stage of work and the costs incurred. 

• Before commencement of work: Cancellation may be permitted, subject to any agreed charges or expenses already incurred. 

• After commencement of work: Charges may apply for work completed, resources deployed, and project-related expenses incurred. 

• After completion of work: Cancellation and refunds will generally not be applicable for services already delivered, except where agreed otherwise or required by law. 

Any applicable cancellation charges will be determined in accordance with the terms agreed upon with the client. 

3. Cancellation by IORA

If IORA is unable to undertake or complete a service, the client will be informed. Rescheduling or refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms. 

4. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a service will be considered subject to availability and mutual agreement. Any additional costs will be communicated to the client in advance. 

5. Refunds Against Cancellations

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the eligible amount will be determined after considering the work completed and applicable agreed charges. Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with IORA’s Refund Policy.
