Mr Ajit Kesari

A senior public policy and institutional governance expert with over 35 years of experience in public policy, governance reforms, agriculture, infrastructure, finance, energy, and technology-enabled public service delivery. A retired Additional Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh, he is an IAS officer of the 1990 batch with extensive district, state, and national-level leadership experience.

He holds an Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Mason University (USA), M.Tech from IIT Delhi and B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.

His career spans strategic roles such as ACS Finance, ACS Agriculture, CMD of the restructured Electricity Distribution Company. He currently contributes to sustainable agriculture and is a member of the Governing Council of India’s Social Stock Exchange.
