Navneet Yadav is an experienced disaster risk management and climate change adaptation professional with 19+ years of experience in risk-informed development planning, project management and capacity development. He is an expert in capacity building for risk-informed development planning through the integration of DRM & CCA and multi-stakeholder engagement. He has been involved in various multi-hazard vulnerability and risk analysis at the sub-national, city and community-level, and has led the preparation of climate-sensitive disaster risk management plans.
He facilitates IORA’s efforts for the convergence of climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction through an ecosystem-based approach and adopting nature-based solutions and manages the development and management of relevant thematic projects.
